Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I have been in constant contact with the dealer on this boat and as of 7/30/09 3:30pm it is still not ready to be picked up. It was scheduled to be picked up 7/29/09. Customer is very impatient but my hands are tied. I can't even pick it up. BOAT AT DEALER IS NOT READY.

Once I contacted the person at the pickup point and I was informed that the trailer had no brakes. This craft weighs 6000lbs plus the weight of the trailer. DOT requires that a trailer of this size and weight must have brakes. I don't want to put the customers craft or myself at risk.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Boat is not ready to ship. Paul is awsome guy to work with when the boat is finally ready I will rebook with him. I know alot of People in AZ that use Paul and you should not have anyone else but him haul your boat!

I had been in contact with dealer the entire time. The buyer made a mistake in cancelling this job. The buyer apologized and agreed to have me transport for him. I arrived at the dealer and the boat was damaged. I notified Gino of the damage and he decided not to buy the boat. Gino paid me for my time! Thanks Gino for considering my service!!!! Alan

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Boat Owner contacted me and said he Alleycat will not haul the vessel. Please refund my deposit or I will file a Paypal dispute by the end of the day.
