Tell the shippers that I offered you a refund, tell them how I tried to make this right. Tell them how you emailed me and that you would leave positive feedback if you got $500 back, tell them that part MR. Lance. I have all positive feedback until this one, all because of an employee who has since been fired and arrested on my part, not your. I had him arrested not you, I fired this guy, not you, dont make yourself look like the victim, I lost a 70k truck, atleast you got you 6k RV, Thanks. lol

Yeh, i finally got my RV delivered after 7 weeks of putting up with all your lies and having to get the police and USHIP involved ,and you didnt even deliver it yourself, sorry would not use you again

Customer fair and reasonable. Communication was a little difficult by reason that customer lives in New Zealand and my cell phone doesn't make international calls. We made it work well enough though. Customer also prompt with payment. Was able to wire money transfer directly to my checking acct. Much appreciated Lance. Hope to do business with you again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Pickup location could not accommodate my schedule. Needed to pick up on Monday or Tuesday at the latest but 3rd party was not available until Thursday.

Very easy to coordinate transport of the trailer to its destination as well as payment process. An overall really smoothe shipper who makes the process enjoyable.

this was a new member to uship , and i trusted him and i am from NEW ZEALAND ,as he had genuine DOT & MC numbers , mark done a great job took photos of my trailer on pick up, and delivered safely all the way from KY to CA, would definitely recommend mark again, thanks from NEW ZEALAND

Lamar picked up my trailer from MD on 9th August and said he would deliver within 7 days,i had many problems to pay the 50% deposit as he gave me incorrect bank details and he requested me to pay to a different bank.He wanted the balance 50% before delivery, and this was paid on 25th August,my trailer still has not been delivered as of 7th September, and Lamar will not tell me where my trailer is ,this shipper is dishonest and I have to report him to the police.WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!!

Come on now, tell what really happened. I called the police and had my driver arrested for the theft of my 2011 Ford F350.He stole my 70k truck and your 6k RV, I got your RV back, but my truck was stripped, and your upset, WOW. This was all because of a bad employee who was a new hire, not because of my company, but we bear the burden. We offered refund to shipper, but he wanted us to pay him to leave positive feedback, well I guess we all see that that didnt happen. Only 1 to complain, wonder Y

Some communication problems as Andy couldnt return my texts, so had to use email, but Andy picked up my trailer on the date i requested and delivered on time and undamaged so job well done, thanks Andy, i would use your shipping services again
