I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment my driver could not make the delivery of this item, he was on his way to pick up other load and broke down on hwy 99.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I bid with a 3 day pick up window on this shipment. The day before my planned pick up (the first day of the 3 day window), I called the shippers phone and left a message that we will be around her area next day and would like to pick up the shipment in the morning, so we can deliver same day for her customer. She has not responded until later the next day, by that time my truck left. I told her we could come back next week and move her items that time, but she said she is disappointed(?)and will

1stClass4Less missed my e-mail giving the cellphone number to reach me at, so they missed me too! Unfortunately the customer had a tight schedule and coming back a week later had nothing to do with the initial commitment. Yes, I was disappointed ... I had to rearrange for another freight to match my commitment to my customer.
