The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The ice box was to tall for my trailer.

The shipment was listed accurately. Shipper also put the fridge (which is a vintage model) on its side to try to get it to fit in his trailer, which everybody knows is not good for the fridge. When I told him not to do that, he responded "aren't you going to get it restored anyway." Seller acknowledged during conversation that his trailer was 1 inch shorter than the height I listed on the shipment.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Shipper was very communicative leading up to the booking, said he would be picking up the item in a couple of days, then was totally unable to be reached through text, phone, or email. Also contacted him through the Uship support system. No luck. we are now without the table we were expecting to be here for the holidays. We totally understand that things happen, routes change, etc. Just wish he would’ve communicated and we could’ve re-listed sooner.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper canceled 2 days before my pick up window expired. They did not communicate to me that they would be unable to pick up the shipment. I had to reach out to them. They also tried to blame me for not making it clear that pickup had to be during business hours, when my listing very clearly stated as much and I had communicated to shipper via text. When I reached out to Shipper, she acted like shipment had been picked up two days prior. Shipper‘s excuse is not adding up. Horrible communication
