A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We did get this order on Oct 16th. Since that date we called over 200 carriers to get this done. We had this customer on the top of the list so it we just coming down to a carrier running that route. Even if there was another company working it it would have been the same situation because we are using the same pool of drivers. Also, no where did we state a 5 day window. We are sorry we could not get this done for you and we will do our best to improve.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I received a call from Black Rock Galleries today, Feb. 18, 2020 informing me that the table was sold recently in an auction and they neglected to remove the listing on ebay.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I reached out to the carrier DJ's Transport and was contacted by text message that they are unable to fulfill the service. They requested for me to cancel the booking. No services have been performed.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have been very patient but it appears that that Cavalier is unable to find anyone to transport the car. It's been two weeks (Oct. 16) and they promised a window of 5 days. I will fly to Ohio and drive the car back.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I contacted BKK Transport directly and they now cannot guarantee they can service the shipment for the necessary dates and amount. They were most unprofessional and I do not wish to use their services.
