For: 1997 Pontiac Firebird
Although the Broker had excellent communications, it took much longer than quoted to get the car delivered and I had to agree to pay almost $100 over the original rate to get it done. Just understand that Liberty Auto Carriers is a Broker - they have to look for a carrier to take your load at the price they enticed you with.

I cant say enough about Scott. The route went dry as driver availability in the area had dropped to zero at one point. We truly appreciate the patience and understanding Scott had with us. This is not something that has EVER happened before, our prices don't change. Sorry you had the first, still glad we could get it done for you. Thank you again for sticking with us.

For: 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe
communication was nonexistent make sure you get things in writing especially for pickup. The driver came in his own car with someone else driving and said he was taking the car down the street to a transport. however he drove the car over 20+ miles someplace. when I called Jake i was told I was mistaken and the driver was always right! This was his most trusted driver and he believed him over what I was told EXCEPT odometer readings before and after don't lie - Jake! Also you can't leave Jake

This is not in line with reality. The area the customer lives in is inaccessible for a transport trailer. The driver notified Williams wife BEFORE leaving that he would have to drive the car to the location he left his truck. I agree 20 miles is too much, but instead of asking myself or the driver to resolve this for you, you became angered, started yelling, and hung up. ANY time you called you were answered and updated immediately. I'm not sure how you can say it was nonexistent.

Car was picked up within a day and arrived a day earlier than the 'early' date given. Benjamin from AB Bird in AZ was the actual transporter through Liberty and was very professional. Highly recommend Liberty from this experience. Great service at a great price! This was as good as it gets!

Took a couple of tries to get the shipment set up. I fell off the radar for awhile after the first attempt to ship. When I contacted the main office they were always very helpful, so there customer service was pretty good. Had issues with the drivers though. Original driver supposedly dropped the car off with another driver for delivery. When contacted, the second driver was unaware that a car had been dropped off. Neither drive would saw where the car was in the interum. Fishy if you ask me.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am sure this provider will twist the truth and say things like I have been changing my schedule date and they tried to accommodate. This will be a complete lie. I had this scheduled to be picked up after June 7, they agreed and yet they call me on June 3 telling me they will pick it up on June 5. This is not what we agreed on. Why would you wait until the very last week to spring a surprise? I know they will lie because they said on the phone with me it was me that continued to change my
