Service as promised, vehicle delivered w/o damage. The only SMALL improvement I would suggest is to move towards a more proactive communications policy. As a customer, I have a lot of stresses around this transport. Reaching out even if it is just "we are working on your job and will provide updates as we have them" would put the customer at ease.
