Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider it's been well over one month now since the auto hauler took booked to move the item for me but no communication or whatsoever.
I therefore ask that the money be fully refunded immediately due to poor customer service and no single form of communication over time.
