Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Response from Matthew K.: Shipper refused to provide copy of insurance! BEWARE!

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The customer no longer needed the snowblower moved to his house.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Drivers arrived at the pick up location and found the road to be impassable There was never a mention of our equipment not being able to get to the pick up location. At this time, we will be unable to complete this shipment. Response from Matthew K.: Directly from the owner of the pickup location about the road: "The road is not difficult to navigate at all. I have seen logging trucks, moving trucks, trucks with flatbeds, and trucks hauling lawn equipment, ups, fed ex, and the usps. I cant imagine what the problem was." Shipper is a fraud and you can see by their massive list of cancelled shipments.

Deiver was an hour and a half late. I was given three time windows and he finalky arrived 10 minutes later than the last one. Driver did not appear to know how to chain a tractor to his trailer so I had to do it for him. Broker was communicating well. The tractor arrived at its destination without issue, however.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper accepted the shipment and then walked away when I simply asked for proof of insurance.
|
|
Very respectful, Tractor arrived on time without issue. Thank you for making this happen and best of luck!

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I made the shipper more than aware of the item location as well as its size and mass. I was ensured the shipper was 'the strongest man' she knows. The road to get to the location is a state road which is maintained - the shipper simply did not like that it was not a 'paved road.' The road is more than passable as many vehicles drive on it daily. Response from joyous7: We live on dirt roads in Arizona and have no issue driving our $70,000 of equipment on unpaved roads. There was never a mention of road condition by the shipper. If we had an SUV with a single axel trailer, we could have gotten to the location. The shipper wanted us to rent a u-haul trailer, which could not have been done until the next day, placing all our shipments behind. For the dicounted price we gave him of $150, which no one else would ever doit was not worth the issues we came up against
