I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Didn’t have enough room on the truck to transport the shipment. The pictures of items seen in posting look like 1/8 of a box truck of stuff when actually it was about 1/3 of a box truck of items.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My experience with Grover was terrible. He changed the time of pickup exactly 5 times, each with less than 24 hr notice. Worse yet, despite an accurate description of my belongings with photos, he showed up with space for less than a fifth of everything. We arranged a new pickup time, but soon canceled this and even a third pickup date. Finally, 10 days after our original contracted date from my bid, he refused to complete the shipment altogether, citing reasons of it not being worth the effort.
