The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer listed the shipment originating in Hinkley, CA. when in fact it was really originating in Lindsay, CA. which is 186 miles one way in the opposite direction from me. This would add over 300 miles to my original agreement. To make things even worse, I booked a small load and now I have to drive to deliver that and will not even make my gas money worth. Response from Pete V.: This was a critical error, I put the zip code of 93247, uship catagorized it as p/u in Hinkley, CA. I did not see that it was incorrect. The transport company is correct that it was misrepresented. I apologize, I did offer to pay more money because of the error but the driver was otherwise committed to the other shipment he had booked.

Evan Dorsey is provider that excels in every aspect of his job. He picked up when he said he would, maintained communication prior to and after pick up, and delivered when he said he would, on time, and in perfect condition. I would gladly use his services again without hesitation. He hauled my bike from WY to AZ on an open trailer, and even found time to wash the bike prior to arriving so that it was clean and shiny for my first viewing of the bike. AAA+ service! Professionalism at it's best!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was booked February 5th, and I have not been able to get the service provider to p/u my shipment in over a month claiming mechanical problems, ect. 30 days of mechanical problems is outrageous. I have spoken to the service provider several times, and he always promised to get it p/u, but always failed. I am tired of waiting for this service provider to get their act together. Response from BoldLogisticsInc: Mechanical problems were a issue which I agree is outrageous, I tried to find alternative solutions and had come up short. I am sorry for the Inconvenience and wont let it happen again.
