Everything seems to be okay. We have derived a lot of pleasure telling our friends about the blue school bus/moving van, its 'jackknifing' accident, the Border Patrol and their drug sniffing dogs, every box thoroughly examined on the side of the highway in the dark of night, our call to the mover the day after the shipment was promised, and the daily calls until the shipment arrived. NM Roadrunner is very nice, just not the most professional. At the price - I'm very happy.
