The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The weights of the furniture was Very far off from the description in the listing.

Was NOT misrepresented. Carrier tried to make this a one-man p/u, which anyone could have told from the pictures would require 2 men. Picked up and delivered by another carrier without incident.

An absolutely perfect pick-up and delivery! My 89 yr old mother (pick up) wanted to keep them and my son (delivery) was super happy with the way things arrived - wrapped well and in perfect condition. The guys kept in close contact with me from start to finish letting me know where they would be and when. Absolutely the kind of service you dream of! Thank you!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The listing clearly stated the size of each article to be transported along with pictures of each piece. I did guess wrong on the weight (I could measure the piece but could not weigh it because of its size). He wanted more money (he was already one of the highest bidders) to move the large piece. I took his bid initially even though it was high because he was a Marine and I thought he'd be able to handle any difficulties with moving the larger pieces.

Joe and Nancy were great! Accommodated my needs for pick-up and delivery. They are super easy to deal with. The furniture arrived in perfect condition. My DIL - on the receiving end - commented on how nice and helpful they were. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again anytime. Thanks!

Wish there was a POSITIVE PLUS selection to describe these folks! Great communication all along the way, from bookling right through delivery. They worked well with the folks at the pick-up point, packed fragile items SO carefully and off-loaded everything quickly and without incident. If these folks bid on your job -- BOOK THEM!!
