These poor guys had quite a bit of difficult with an earlier shipment, and so were pretty late on their planned pick-up. But they communicated very well, and were very friendly. The stuff arrived in great shape. I would definately use them again. Response from 1stClass4Less: I mighgt think twice about taking half a van full of stuff for a $100, and have you not be completely satisfied because another shipment on the same route is giving us difficulties. Sometimes, I explain people if you would pay a $1000 for half the vans use, I could give you arrival and delivery times to the second that we could keep, but a $100 won't even pay for gas, let alone owning and maintaining $50,000 german vans. This way we must combine many shipments as we can, so timing could change.

VERY timely service, friendly people. The only negative was that I misunderstood "full service" and thought that would mean they would provide any wraps/packing blankets needed (which they did not). The dressers arrived in great shape -- my friend who shipped them had an extra packing blanket for the glass top, so it arrived just fine.

Gary and team were very nice, but had some problems with the truck, more problems with other deliveries being more extensive, etc. etc. This delayed everything by more than a day, but most frustrating was that he never called to let me know what was going on, even when he told me he would call back after the mechanic came, after the pick up he was at now was done, etc. etc. I wouldn't have minded the delay, but I really minded never being called, and not knowing when things would happen.

Very positive experience! They worked around a rather chaotic situation on both ends, and went out of their way to get a very large sofa in to a very old (and narrow) house. Friendly, professional -- such an easy experience. Response from RGTRANSPORT: difficult job ut we were glad to assist
