I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My alternator went out on my vehicle and I am broke down going to get the shipment. I contacted the shipper and I asked him to wait until I got it fixed. He did not want to wait and he wants to cancel.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider cancelled one day before scheduled delivery because his truck broke down. This is a huge inconvenience as I had people set up at both locations ready at the time and day he requested. I would leave a 0 star rating but that wasn't an option

I strongly recommend this company 100%. He responds immediately and establishes contact quickly with the pick up location to set up delivery. He delivered my item on the date promised despite having the pick up delayed due to a storm. He is not only professional but also a very nice well manner man. I would gladly use him again for my transporting needs.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper was unable to accommodate and complete pick of my Sweeper as discussed. Before accepting the shippers offer I asked him a few questions & he responded understanding that this machine had all flats & needed to be dragged & he said it was no problem. The photos of the machine clearly showed that the tires were flat. The shipper was given the contact information of the person where the item was to be picked up.
