John did a great job bringing my H2 SUT down from PA to Tx.

Snow and ice in the mountains of PA, where the pick up was in a remote location did slip schedule. Driver felt it was better to delay several hours to give road crews time to catch up. Customer wanted 2nd car to be off loaded so he could get his, then for 2nd car to be reloaded, all at no consideration. Driver declined due to damage risk. Good thing driver did so - 2nd car had poor brakes, and this client lived on very hilly residential development with no room for full rig and load shifting
