The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled We arrive at the business for pickup a day early and was unable to load as enclosed shipping was provided with a trailer specifically for the measurements provided to us by the shipper, 5x8 per site. The accurate measurements taken at the dealer were 6'3" x 10'3". We not only have to eat our costs for our fuel but this shipment ad well that we are now out of due to shipper error.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Andrew, the provider and I spoke and decided not to ship the item due to condition. We both were in agreement to cancel. Andrew was very accommodating and I would use him again.

You described the trailer per your description as 5x8, it was measured at the dealership and was a little over 6x9..its also a UTV not an ATV. Several messages were left last night when the schedule changed by the dealer and this morning when problems arose, with no return from you until this evening. Hopefully you will be more accurate with your next transporter.Best to you with your shipment.
