I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I needed help with delivery and my helper had an issue evolve. So I don't have any help with loading and unloading.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The bid was for loading and unloading, then when discussing the details he asked if I could help- said he would be able to retain more money that way. Ended up canceling the day before saying his helper couldn’t help. I get that money can be tight or help hard to find but canceling the day before puts me in a bad position.

Troy is a nice guy, my dresser was tightly wrapped and was delivered in perfect shape. While he wasn't on time, he didn't lie about it and kept me up-to-date on what was going on. Only bad thing is dirty shoes! Tracked in mud all over the carpet! But still a good experience!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I had someone waiting at the pick up location, and the driver was over 3 hours late. The lady that answered the contact number online had absolutely no idea where her driver was and told me to call him and find him! When I did find him he told me that he could not come and pick up my dresser immediately because he had been driving all day and was going to stop and eat some dinner and then pick up another shipment. Then driver kept on telling me that he was only 15-30 minutes away and that he had Response from pdjperfect: again shippers that do not pay there deposit day of booking do not HAVE PRIORITY,SHIPPING,pay your deposit day of booking so there are no last minutes problems.thanks tony pdjperfect.

Nice people, but very very late. They were supposed to get in around 10pm and got in at 2am. Response from ErinCESMT: Actually we got in considerably earlier than first arranged. We were suppose to be there at 10 am not PM and we arrived 8 hours early.
