After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider They are trying to get me to give them payment code before they pick up dog and ive never done that over 5 years of using uShip I always did payment once I got dog delivered the shipper telling me he been doing it for 7 years and they always get payment upfront so I don’t want any issues I would rather find another shipper

He sent me photos without me asking ever hour as they got closer to my home , higly recomended had no problem answering questions before and during the trip

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved In my booking it stated that the shipper would not have a crate so since she didn't read that part she accepted the bid and after I paid she said she would need a crate or if I could wait until the 17th told her that was too late Response from TeresaMaples: We tried to accommodate this shipment and stated that we would pick up and drop off by the 17th. Was planning on pick up being the 14th which is what was stated on the contract. This shipper didn't even let his pick up location know of the cancellation I had to tell him this morning after a text was sent to me. The pick up location still wanted us to transport and we explained at this point we couldn't because we had no contract to go ahead with the pick up.
