The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time King’s Automotive was several hours late and didn’t fulfill the scheduled order for pickup. We agreed that canceling was the best option because the provider could no longer fulfill the order for pickup and delivery under the necessary schedule. The sensitive timeframe for this delivery was specified and agreed upon between client and shipper before the quote was accepted. it was imperative for Kings Automotive to communicate with us on his arrival, every time i reached out to his eta pushed fur
