David and Marsha are truly customers with class ! New to uship yet their communication was just outstanding & very fast, clear and concise. Their response time was absolutely minimal which is every truck drivers dream come true when trying to plan a trip. We had a third party pick up for them that was well planned. They had everything ready at their residence upon our arrival for a furniture delivery (easy access) Paid promptly and provided us a TIP as well. You guys are GREAT! Please call again

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I use U ship to as a service to do business with 1 service provider and to avoid having to provide credit card information to multiple companies. (to protect credit card information). This vendor requires upfront credit card info in order to do business with them. I was not aware of this requirement and assumed they worked the same as past Uship vendors I have used.( that they would receive payment authorization via a pin code after the delivery was performed).

Great guy, handled the customer contact extremely well to the point that the buyer sent me a thank you email not only for the purchased items but also for how well the shipping was handled.
