The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We reply to all customers in the same order we receive their inquiries. This customer was dealt with in a fair, timely, and orderly process. However, unfortunately, he was unwilling to work with us in our parameters and thus the reason for cancellations. Thanks.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Heather in your service department is aware of this case.
Communication is a nightmare. Telefon numbers go into mail boxes, first time shippers are not allowed to speak to anyone directly and can only mail.
Any try from my side to get this resolved was more or less ignored. When finally someone did call, the person blamed me for not communicating clearly, I am sorry English is only my third language, but I managed so far to run a serious business with that limited command.... he further promis
