Dee was wonderful with our dog, Snow, taking time to get to know her and make her comfortable before heading off. She gave us frequent updates and sent us photos and a video of Snow to reassure us that she was doing well. The proof was in the delivery of Snow--she acted just as if she'd just stepped out for a few minutes, totally at ease and contented! Dee did a fantastic job in putting her at ease and caring for her -- I wholeheartedly recommend Beeline for pet transport!
