A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I provided the customer with my insurance information. As well as their office number and my agents name. I do not have my policy in front of me at the moment and I don’t believe I will until later on today I guess he is not able to wait for verification and doesn’t want to call to verify so my hands are tied.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Service provider was not able to furnish valid proof of insurance coverage . Provider did furnish an expired policy and registration but when I asked for current proof of insurance I did not receive it .
