I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I responded when accepted, I also told them they were on my return trip. My pick up time was this week. Also, my route was through CA, OR, WA, through the Siskiyou pass, and the Snoquallmie pass, as you know this week both were shut down due to weather. I was stuck in OR and WA for 4 days. They were given my cell phone number and e-mail address and were told to contact me any time they desired. I have 19 matches on this trip, which means 38 contacts between pick up and delivery. You also, were given my cell phone number and e-mail address and were told to contact me any time. I was not contacted about any delays or reasons for lack of communication. I left voicemails on both phone numbers provided with no corrective action taken.

Shipper was professional and communication between seller and I was maintained.
There were minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances however shipper communicated and did their best to accommodate the situation ASSET TO USHIP AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
