After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We exceeded all request that the customer stated in their ad.I made contact with the customer, arranged pick-up,& sent pictures of the equiptment used which is USDA approved for the animal & exceeded requirements.The shipper was very happy & even sent me a message that said "excellent!".The following day, the customer contacted me & stated that the shipping method we were using & had previously aggreed on would not work anymore. She wanted a more expensive transport method for the same price.

The equipment pictures sent were unsuitable for the shipment, especially by industry standards. Provider was not experienced enough for this transport request and another provider was selected. Thank you.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipper has not only lied outright to me twice, he does NOT have an acceptable vehicle in which to transport the listed equine as described. I gave him a chance to make it right, and show some care towards the animal to be shipped, and he was extremely rude and refused to cooperate- his exact words "you get what you pay for." I DO NOT recommend this shipper for animals of any kind!!

We had an amazing experience with this shipper and he is truly the best. Our pony rode in total comfort for the long coast to coast trip and Cowboy was very knowledgeable and caring. He kept in constant contact which I really appreciate and I look forward to using him again for our shipping needs. You can't go wrong with this shipper, he is A+++.

KC was wonderful- GREAT communication, was right on time with delivery, clean and safe trailer, and he handled our pony mare with knowledgeable care and concern. I highly recommend this shipping company and will definitely use them again!! A+++
