The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Great communication but issues with his truck arose that our customers wernt willing to wait for a new delivery date. Would definitely book with his again at a later time if needed!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Communication could be better. Disappointed as i kept this shipment with this service provider as he assured me he would be able to accomodate pick up and delivery by the date discussed. I did offer to cancel last week to find another provider and again he assured me that was not necessary.That he would be in my area a few days before and he would pick up and deliver since the delivery address was not far from his main location in MI.
