Outstanding service. The item was picked-up on the time and date promised and delivered on time as well. Excellent communication throughout. Everything was handled carefully on delivery, no scratches, no damage. The guys were very polite, respectful and helpful. Great people to work with.

Arturo is a very polite and professional guy. My item was well-wrapped and he handled it with care. I needed it picked-up a short notice to avoid fees and he got there quickly and as promised. He is a high quality operator.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Provider accepted bid with no intention of meeting promised dates Poor communication, only discovered how far behind schedule shipper was when advised by pickup point he hasn't arrived Shipper is disorganised and could not keep track of my items or my details When challenged as to "why the hell I should trust him again" after he was so late, shipper became verbally abusive and threatening Shipper asked for cash for fuel The one item out of 13 scheduled for picked up has been left at an unk
