A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider states he had to cancel because he is sick. Our shipment has a pickup and delivery window that is very flexible and he can have as much time as needed to recover and follow through on the delivery. I spoke with him yesterday and he advised me that he had another shipment directly after mine out to California. I suspect the reason given is bogus and he simply can't handle this as cheaply as he thought. He had dropped his price considerably from his original bid.

Picked up and delivered as expected, despite the holiday weekend. Very pleased. Very professional broker.

Things worked out as expected and we appreciated the carriers flexibility with delays at the origin. They were easy to communicate with and we were pleased with how they were able expedite the shipment and arrived at the destination earlier than expected.

This worked out incredibly well. Got a number of bids very quickly. His was the best deal in terms of schedule and rate was in line with others. Was very responsive and accommodating to be sure that shipment was picked up and delivered as promised.
