I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I advised customer on Wednesday as I was waiting for the tow truck of the breakdown, he decided for me to "pick it up when your truck gets fixed" well the truck won't be fixed til next week, so I advised him AGAIN to cancel and find someone else to do this trip.
