Shipment of a van seat that arrived on time however it did arrive dirty and damaged. The seat belt casing was damaged and one of the seat belt receivers was missing. I called the provider of the seat and they claim that the seat was brand new and without damage when it was picked up, however they are shipping replacement parts so no harm done. Shipper provided very good communication.
