The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The day I was to pickup the order I got sick an was in the Hospital an She knew this an someone else picked up the order from LA to her store Then My driver tryed to pick it up on friday an no answer an called 10 times then latenight friday she called him an then on sunday We tryed to pickup an the girl at the store said no then she asked if I could again I said yes then as were leaving to go she asked if I could make it there today by 7pm an its was noon an its a 9hr drive

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Elite Movers bid this shipment based on a description and photo of boxed and loose items. After I accepted his price and timing - he said he would come the next day - he said that I would have to secure all items to a pallet. This was difficult because my shipment was stored in the garage of an acquaintance in another state and I had already returned home. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Provider agreed to pick up a sofa in Inglewood, CA and deliver to Portland, OR by May 27. I accepted his price and timing and never heard from him again. He has not responded to repeated phone calls over the last week or to emails from myself (retailer) or my customer who was to receive in Portland.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Mikey said in his original bid that he would pick up and deliver the following day. That was a great selling point. However, he did not show up and did not respond to my calls or emails. He left a message late that evening saying he would come the following day. He did not show up again and again, did not answer my phone calls or respond to my emails. He left a very apologetic message that night and promised to call me with a reliable schedule that night.
