Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services JDM Logistics said that they would be picking up my boat on Saturday , June 18 in the morning. They did not even contact me to tell me that they wouldn't be there, I finally asked for an ETA on Saturday. They then told me that they are running behind (like 2 days behind) exact quote. Well here it is Wednesday morning, June 22 and I have asked JDM Logistics for ETA on both Monday and Tuesday and no response on any of the previous days. All I asked from them on Saturday was to keep me in the loop
