My shipment arrived very damaged and late. The shipper is not a bad person but seems like he can't handle the stress, organization and planning to be a successful shipper. I am a frequent shipper of furniture piece and never had these many problems with a shipment.

Wrapped my item well, nice guy and delivered in perfect condition. Although he told me it would be delivered the next day, he delivered it a week later and wasn't updated on the status. I would still use again for delivery if we fix this minor issue, Thank you for your services.

They take a little long to respond because I'm sure its because they are very busy but it was a great delivery. Everything is perfectly on time and blanket wrapped perfectly and the delivery guys are great!! Reasonably priced too!!
