My husband got his Cushman-Allstate. He is happy. The service provider was good on email communication and needs work of phone communication. Otherwise I was happy with his service and time frame in which he did it.

Jay is a very nice guy. We got our snowmobile a week after booking. Communication was poor. The only time he called was 20 minutes before delivery, otherwise it was I that made all the calls to find out when pickup and when delivery was. The alternate phone # was no good. All I got was an answering machine and no one ever returned my calls. On delivery, Jay very helpful in unloading and moving it. If have to would probably use him again.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I last spoke to the shipper 2-9-13 around 3:00. I had pushed the pickup date back a day in order for the seller to receive his money for item being shipped. That would have been a Thursday. The shipper was to come Thursday afternon. He didn't show. When I finally got a hold of the shipper, I was told it would be Friday. He never came that day. Saturday, I found out the delay was due to machanic problems. The shipper assured me that Monday- 2-11-13 that the cushman would be picked late
