overall, a good experience. was not pickup on the original scheduled day, but once picked up, was delivered in a timely manner.

i was mostly happy. there was a big snowstorm, which made a bid delay, but thats something that couldnt be helped. very happy with the lady i dealt with in the office, the trucker was not so pleased with, he tried to get out of the load by saying he didnt have room and the pieces were wide, which was both untrue and Jay helped him figure out how to load correctly.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider he drove the whole way to pick the mower up, talked to an unknowing guy in the yard, said the mower weighed more than it does, which he said is weighs 1500# more than it does, and the Mike the trucker just left without evening talking to me, or evening trying to load the mower on his trailer. when i called him after getting this cancelation, he hung up on me.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY, HE'S A RIP OFF. NOT A GOOD TRUCKER
