The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Our drivers got there at 12pm on 9/6/2022 and by 10 pm that night they still were not done LOADING. They were being compared to a previous moving company that the customer had used in the past because they were not doing it the exact same way. We understand concerns but our drivers know what they are doing as they do this stuff for a living every day. Our drivers were constantly being distracted and second questioned on every little thing they did. Do not recommend.

Michael you are saying here that customer miss represet the ammount of items. When the drive show up saying that you told them they come to pick 2 bedroom only, with 4 blankets, On the uship list i list everyting, you said to me that USHIP didn't send you the right list, I am not sure bc i didn't see your list. I took a picture of my list from my uship and sent you, on are email before booking we talked about every single detail. to make everything go smooth.
