After awarded shipment we asked to utilize another form of payment. Shipper agreed, shipment was completed to shipper satisfaction finalizing on Monday. Shipper gave wrong acct. to bank (not intentional) and payment not received. After this brought to their attention refusing to pay for services until bank fees from error are deducted from invoice. Today, 2 days after delivery invoice still outstanding and per e-mail no intent to pay unless change to agreed price modified now post delivery.

I booked shipment with this company with the understanding that we would pay with a company check card. After being assured by one of their employees that I would not need a certified check and that this was sufficient means of payment the owner of my company and I went out into the field. The next day I was informed that their credit card machine was broken so I had to arrange different means of payment. I did all I could from our job site but in turn this company harassed our office personnel.

Agreed, Kenny did all he could and then referred to his office pre-shipment. Machine delivered as planned still without payment. Agreed wire transaction failed and company did not attempt to communicate until we contacted them. Then via e-mail a demand for reduced rate was made "before payment would be made." Ultimately their bank manager called my office about failed transaction and corrected transposed info so payment cleared 3 days late. Company never even called. Now on "DO NOT HAUL" list.
