Sue is a very caring owner and I wish the trip had gone smoother than it did..there were numerous mechanical problems which caused a delay in the delivery of her horse and I did have other horses ahead of hers that had to be dropped off also and she could only take delivery during certain hours. Communication while driving can be difficult at times when you are in heavy traffic and non service areas.

Rick was good with my horse, handled him well and seemed to have taken good care of him. He seemed very knowledgable and gave him rest periods from the trailer, even fed him his own hay. However, he was difficult if not impossible to contact--was out of contact two days at a time, twice, while he had my horse. At least three times he told me he was on his way to my house with my horse, when he was not--he was on his way to drop off other horses-did not get my horse to me in a timely fashion.

There were numerous problems that came up on this trip that delayed the dropoff of Sues horse that were mostly out of my control that I do and did apologize for. Sue is a very caring owner and I'm sure both she and Sentry will get along beautifully

Eddie was fantastic! My very old horse arrived in excellent condition after a nearly 2,000 mile trip. Eddie took such good care of him, as if he were his own. He kept me posted throughout the trip as to how my old boy was doing and welcomed my calls. His encouraging calls kept me from worrying. I would definitely use Eddie again, although, I hope I won't have to. Thank you so much, Eddie. Old Zephyr has adapted well and is in good health. Thank you!

Bill was excellent. My new horse arrived in perfect shape and when expected. I will definitely use him again should I need another long haul.
