Absolutely A+ service! Communication was super. Picked up on appointed day, within 2-hour slot. Delivered on stated day, within the 2-hour time frame. The bass arrived to my son in exact same condition that it left in. Shipment was from east coast clear to west coast. Responses to emails were within the hour (or less). Responses to phone calls were either instant, or call backs within a few minutes. Enrique understood just how important this bass is to my son and handled it accordingly.

Fantastic service! Ernest transported my son's motorcycle from the east coast to the west coast, absolutely safely, perfectly, and 100% on time. My recommendation of this man's work as a shipper of motorcycles could not be higher. The trailer that the bikes travel in is beautifully clean, totally enclosed, with large eye bolts for tie-downs with heavy straps. Thank you, Ernest! Totally trustworthy!
