SHE WAS VERY FLEXIBLE TO OUR SCHEDULE AND PROVIDED US WITH EXACT DETAILS INVOLVED IN THE SHIPMENT WHICH MADE FOR A SMOOTH PROCESS. EXCELLANT COMMUNICATION AND QUICK RESPONSE VIA PHONE AND EMAIL! SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO PURCHASE US LUNCH FROM SOUP TO NUTS TO TAKE WITH US ON OUR RIDE HOME AND ALSO CHECKED WITH US ON A SAFE TRIP DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS!! WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH LIBBY, YOU ARE EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Great communication; perfect delivery; couldn't ask for more personable and professional movers than Gary and his wife Joanne. Very patient with my confusion; made sure before they left that TV was hooked up to cable and worked correctly. Cleaned up and left everything neat and tidy. Even removed old TV to garage as a special courtesy. If I ever need a mover again for something located in that part of the state, I'll contact Gary in a NY minute! 1st UShip was great experience! Thanks much!
