Dan was extremely responsive and quick. He was very courteous and delivered the item in an extremely timely manner given that I had a really short time line. The GPS tracking is really great, but I didn't need it at all because he was so communicative about where he would be and when.

Jeff was great through the entire process. We had a family emergency, so we missed our initial pickup date. He was very flexible and just made it a point to let us know when he would be through the next time (a few weeks later - completely within our time frame.) When he picked up the piece, he noticed part of it could be fragile, so he removed it and wrapped it separately. Then he took the extra time to show us how to easily put it back together when he delivered it.
