Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The driver showed up at 2:45 and asked about the shipment,Allan asked if the driver can come back in 2 hours.Driver advised Alan that there is a detention fee for waiting for pickup. Driver returned at 3pm Alan advised him that the shipment will not be available.My driver advised Alan of our cancellation fee and ask if he could take the load since Alan had the delivery address and that he could forward the contact info late.Alan declined and my driver left.Alan called at 4pm,truck was 50mi away.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The shipment was to be picked up between March 28th and March 31st. A driver shows up at our warehouse unannounced around 2:30PM on March 31st to pick up shipment. Fortunately, I was at the warehouse helping a customer picking up product and asked him why he didn’t call to setup a day and time for pick up. Driver replied that he tried to call several times but answer. I asked if he left a message? Driver replied NO, and if I had CALLER ID that I should check my missed call log and return calls
