Roxanne was a great customer for us... no problems, no issues... we'd love to assist her again in the future. We'd also let the entire USHIP community know that you will have a very easy time dealing with this customer - a pleasure! Response from Roxanne R.: I do not have the same feeling. This company was good until they got my money and picked up my shipment. They delivered as far as Sacramento and not to my customer as promised. My customer had to drive 115 miles to pick up their delievery. I had to refund $300.00 in shipment fees to my customer and I Jason said he would work on getting me a refund as well as getting to the problem with the shipper. He never followed up!! I would still like a refund based on the promise to me and my custome

My shipment was not delivered to my customer as promised. They had to drive 115 miles to pick up the shipment. We were promised a window and it was not delivered. I called my contact Jason and told him the problem and he didn't do anything about it. I had to refund my customer their $300.00 in good faith on my promise. Jason said he would try to get me a refund and didn't follow through. I could not recommend Uship to anyone. I would still appreciate a refund on shipping costs!!!!
