The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Carrier did not pickup on time.Poor communication,No contact from time of booking to one day after shipment was to be picked up. I had to contact him .After two attempts got a voicemail that he'd call back.That was two days ago.Don't have time for this.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Accepted bid in Nov.10/15.Got no response from Nitoexpessway.Tried to contact by phone Nov.12 with number provided.Got no answer.Email sent Nov.12 requesting details for pickup of load.No response. Left voicemail on Nov.13.No return call.
