Thank you kindly! I work hard at communicating well, and being understanding, kind and flexible. I have GREAT respect for truck drivers and especially movers, as family members used to do that. As such, I feel I have a little bit more understanding and sympathy for problems that occur. I believe every trucker deserves to make a reasonable profit!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Unfortunately this shipper did not communicate with me the day of the pick up until late, when he had to cancel due to mechanical problems. 2nd time. I had texted and called multiple times. Previous to that the communication could have been better. When I did get the text about his problem, he said that they were looking into possibly renting another truck. He never got back to me that day or evening. I had someone else call in order to get that he would not be able to do the move until spring.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Carrier has had very good communications with me and I feel he is sincere. He has cooperated with me.

Movers were top quality. They went above and beyond! There were difficult circumstances with gathering items due to a third party involved in the move, but they rose above it all by helping to pack where the 3rd party had failed miserably. They acted with kind professionalism. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Tristan was eager to please, took my concerns seriously but communications were sometimes delayed. Because of likely Covid conditions delaying Tristan obtaining a UHaul truck, I had to wait about 4 hours before the loading actually took place. The loaders dropped my piano, scraped wooden floor, a driver tore off a big limb in my tree in front of my house. While Tristan was not directly responsible for some of the loaders and his driver, I have to downgrade performance as part of the experience.
