After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer did not sign contract that we provide. Therefore we could not schedule transport.

Dishonest and incompetent. Caused just under 2k in damage. Had to meet Andy on Christmas night 8 hours from my home because he was stuck. After I fixed the trailer he said he did not have enough money for gas or food to make it the remaining distance. He agreed to give me back three hundred dollars for shorting the shipment. He did not send the three hundred as promised. Andy was paid in full for incomplete damaged shipment. Wouldn't release boat until paid in full. 1:30 am in desert dec26

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have made phone calls, emails, and text messages with no response. I do not feel comfortable shipping my unit with someone who does not return phone calls, emails, and text. Initially before committing to service, provider was very responsive.
