Jeff was very easy to work it . Both my GPS was having a problem finding Jeff address , so he arrange for me to drop off just off the main highway , his son and Jeff wife was right there . Nice famiky , I will work with them again anytime .

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Drove to Clermont and was unable to load. After many attempts and rain and lightning could not get the ski loaded. There were no trees orany thing substantial to lift ski off of cart to the bed of my truck.

I in good faith paid the required fees of $138.62 to start the completion of delivery on our 2007 Suburban 4x4. Now I can't get my down payment returned unless I book another shipper. I intended to go after this vehicle myself if I couldn't get it shipped for the price I offered & was accepted by Reynolds Family Transpertation. I ask that they keep there commitment & I will work with them by going to Pierre or Rapid City South Dakota to receive the 2007 Suburban, saving them over a 100 miles.

I'm a new broker and was not that experienced. I have bought software to properly conducted quotes. I didn't understand that the prices on uship are for drivers not brokers. I'm sorry about this but I can't accept this if I'm unable to ship it. I'm not a thief.
