Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Customer is correct it was difficult if almost impossible to contact me. However situations beyond my control have led to a dissatisfied customer in which I do take full reponsibility. The circumstances do not matter as I see it. I am truly sorry for this situation and will cease from doing this business in the future. And will refund all monies and handle all claims again please accept my apologies J M Evans

Steve did a wonderful job- everything was done as he said it would be- he had to fix the trailer I had bought, as it was not in the shape I was told it was in. He changed the axels and wheels as well as numerous other things- he kept in excellent communication with me throughout the deal- very impressed= would highly recomend him to anyone= very meticulous= what you want when it's your boat thanks steve

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Joesph had agreed to haul my Bayliner boat from CA to AK. We had originally booked this shipment on September 5, 2009. It was first planned to be picked up by September 27,2009. After many times trying to contact Joesph we got a respons and he stated he was four days behind and promised he will have the boat picked up by October 1, 2009. When the boat was not picked up we tried contacting Joesph many times. We had already paid in full and no services were given nor was there any communication. A
