Uship let Jessica down on the first try. The first Uship driver never showed up. It was their loss because Jessica was great to work with. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. We arrived at the delivery, and they were waiting for us at the door. Priceless ! Great people, and paid before the delivery was completed. Thank you Jessica !

Without question, Bill is the best choice for the job. I've worked with a few UShip providers and none have been as professional, reachable, and flexible as Bill. He called to confirm the shipment the night before, giving me a 15 minute pickup window (cable companies, pay attention!) and was exactly on time. He knew all the right questions to ask and even when I underestimated something on the delivery end he handled it gracefully. I won't hesitate to use him again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They did not show up on Monday between 8 and 12 as agreed. My last communication with Dan was via email on Wed 4/11 when he said they would come monday between 8 and 12. Monday came and went and not only did they not show up but he ignored my email sunday night to confirm they were still coming.
